Last night's red carpet at the Academy Awards proved to be the best showing of couture fashion so far this year. There were a few big trends seen a few too many times. However, one of my favorites of the night was the bright red dresses worn by Anne Hathaway (twice), Jennifer Lawrence, and best actress winner Natalie Portman. Scarlett Johansson seemed to miss the mark though with her skin tight lace dress that made her curves look disproportionate and awkward. Red is a great color that we can all add into our wardrobe.
